We are happy to announce a new Forum system for visitors to the Handlebar Club Web site to discuss and exchange ideas on the Handlebar Moustache,
its maintenance and upkeep, the techniques of using Moustache Wax, and other relevant subjects. The phpBB Forum offers
many new features, such as users' Avatars - a small photo image or other picture of the poster - private
messages between users, and clear indication when a new post has been made or a thread has been updated.
Unlike the old message board, a simple user registration system is now used. To register, click on the Register link below the Forum's heading. You will then be asked to agree an Acceptable Use Policy, and on confirmation, a Registration Information screen will ask you to enter a unique username, a valid e-mail address, a password of your choice and presents a simple anti-spammer mathematical expression for you to evaluate.
You can also enter optional Profile Information that other users of the Forum will be able to see in your public Forum Profile. Other settings are adjustable, including whether or not your Forum e-mail address is shown. We recommend you do not alter the default No option.
When you have finished entering this information, click on the Submit button. You will
shortly afterwards receive an e-mail sent to your given e-mail address from the Forum Adminstrator with a reminder of
your Registration Information, and welcoming you to the Handlebar Club Forum. You can then log in to the Forum and join
in the fun!
