Private guided visit of historic Arundel Castle. This is Britain's second largest castle towering magnificently above the River Arun valley. Only Queen Elizabeth's Windsor Castle is larger. Begun in the 11th century, it has been for 700 years the home of the Duke of Norfolk, who was made England's Premier Duke by Richard III in 1483. (The present Duke is the 18th.) It's a wonderful combination of English history, culture, tradition and architecture.

A visit to the Chequer Inn, a real, traditional country pub. Over 500 years old, the pub has also acted as the local court house, jail, auction room and cock-fighting pit too. It was the local pub of the poet Victor Neuburg, Aleister Crowley's black magic acolyte and lover who lived closeby. One beer, wine or soft drink in the Chequer Inn is included in your tour.
